For much of my life, I lived disconnected from my body, perpetually unaware of its needs or desires, not feeling like it even belonged to me. I learned to return to the wisdom of my body and spirit through movement, sacred sexuality, and by learning to truly honor my emotions.
This work changed my life.
And it is also my higher calling. I enrolled in graduate school, read every book I could get my hands on, attended dozens of workshop, and danced naked in the Mexican jungle in an effort to understand not only my own transformation but also how to guide others through their own reclamation
Today, I have the profound honor of guiding others as they come home to themselves—through photography, retreats, breathwork, and embodiment practices— and creating transformative spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, awaken their Wild Woman, and step into their fullest expression.
