Tips & Prompts to conquer writer’s block

I hear it all the time, “I’d love to journal, but I don’t know how to get started.” Or “I used to journal all the time as a kid, but I stopped.”
That’s why I created this list of my personal most effective tips for journaling as well as some journaling prompts to get you started. Writer’s block should not keep you from benefiting from this powerful tool for healing, reflection and self-growth.

6 Prompts for diving deep

This 6 week journaling journey was intentionally designed to heal through the act of written expression, covering the topics of body, trauma, sex, and forgiveness among others. These are journaling prompts that I myself have found to be very eye-opening and liberating, and a key part of my own healing journey.

This was originally an online group with weekly calls, however there were so many applications to join the group that I decided to make the materials available for everyone. The response confirmed my belief that there is a need for this type of work now more than ever.
