Creating safe spaces for empowered expression
Heart-centered photography, coaching, and community
award-winning photographer, photography coach, certified breathwork facilitator, and advocate for trauma-informed support. I am also a proud children’s book author, mindful mama, nature-lover, writer, sharer, empath, aesthete, recovering perfectionist, creative, and storyteller. I'm here to hold space, empower, and guide; to ultimately be of service where and when I can.
I am currently on the path of pursuing my Masters in Spiritual Science and Transpersonal Psychology, a journey that gracefully intertwines my personal spiritual experiences with a profound exploration of human transformation. My own healing journey, which has woven together journaling, sacred sexuality, movement and plant medicine, fuels my passion to show others their inherent healing power and the importance of self-love. Safe spaces are my calling, and I'm committed to crafting experiences that honor authenticity. I am constantly expanding my toolbox (which includes sound healing, breathwork, trauma research, empowerment coaching and more) in order to do this.
Originally from Quebec, Canada, I am rooted in Samara, Costa Rica where life's magic unfolds with my partner of 16 years and our two incredible children, where we create transformative breathwork sessions and retreats from our beautiful home.
ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU.
There is an ethereal beauty that resides within each and every one of us, waiting to be fully embraced.
Your mere existence is a testament to the remarkable marvels of nature. Your every flaw, every imperfection, is the sum of your experiences that has sculpted the extraordinary person that you are today. Let me be the mirror that reflects the sheer magnificence that lies within your soul. Allow me to remind you of your worth.
I am available for family and portrait photography in Samara, Costa Rica, the Montreal area, and worldwide.
Once in a while I get an intuitive message to bring an offering into the world. If I am silent and still enough, I receive it, and if I am brave enough, I act on it. This has materialized as healing-focused journaling groups (Healing With Words), nurturing women's circles, and purposeful practice groups (Practice Over Perfect). Regardless of the form it takes, the underlying purpose is consistent: fostering group connection, nurturing mindfulness, cultivating self-compassion, and ultimately, remembering our wholeness.

Both are powerful tools for releasing stuck energy, going deeper within oneself, and working with visualizations to promote healing. I use both recorded (to do on your own time) and live breathwork and meditations when and where it is appropriate.

I am firm believer in the power of putting pen to paper (or the digital equivalent) because it has been so helpful for me in my own journey. I encourage my clients to use free-journaling as well as exploring suggested prompts. I also highly recommend journaling after every session.

More confidence, a better connection to self, more self-love, feeling stronger, more empowered… these are the benefits that I have personally experienced from my own sacred sexuality practice. Together we can assess whether this could be appropriate for and conducive to your healing journey, and I will offer you some suggestions to explore on your own time.

To move one’s body is to dance with all of life. I use guided movement practices to express all that needs to be expressed beyond words.
I believe in the transformative power of diverse tools that guide us towards deeper self-discovery and healing. Through breathwork, we harness the rhythm of our breath to access inner calm and release. Guided meditations offer a pathway to explore our thoughts, emotions, and connection to the present moment. Embracing sacred sexuality enables a profound connection with our bodies and personal power. Journaling acts as a sacred dialogue, unveiling our thoughts and emotions, fostering self-reflection and growth. Intuitive movement builds a relationship with our bodies, teaching us to respond to its subtle impulses and to express emotions when words cannot. Together, these tools offer a rich tapestry for holistic well-being.
I believe that healing is possible.
I know this, actually, because I’ve lived it.
